In 2012 he completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of Southern California’s Division of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy. Noom was then accepted into an Orthopedic Residency with Physical Therapyworks, Santa Monica. Following completion of his residency in 2013, he was then accepted as a Fellow-In-Training for Kaiser Permanente’s Orthopedic and Sports Fellowship. Noom joined Agile Physical Therapy in 2015 and holds the role of Clinical Manager for Sutter Health in Sunnyvale. He continues to be part of the faculty for both the Orthopedic Residency and Orthopedic and Manual Fellowship where he is a mentor and course instructor. Noom feels that learning is lifelong and his training has really helped him to build a strong foundation to continue his journey to be more thoughtful about his practice. He believes that the process of teaching and mentoring not only gives back to the profession but also helps to keep moving it forward.
